Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

To qualify, items must be unused and unopened. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and regulatory compliance.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. You’ll be notified by email once your return is processed.

Refund Timeline: Credit card refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. This timeline may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We accept returns of sealed and completely unused CPAP machines, masks, and select accessories within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by tracking.

Please note that due to the nature of CPAP equipment, any product that has been opened or used—including machines, masks, and batteries—cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are classified as personal health products and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be redistributed.

We understand that certain exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases involving critical health changes, bereavement, or a revised medical diagnosis, we may offer special consideration, provided the equipment remains unused and all components are intact and sealed. For assistance in these cases, please reach out to our support team directly.

💡 Note: All warranties and repair decisions are governed exclusively by the original equipment manufacturer. Final judgment on warranty claims rests with them.

💡 Note: All warranty periods begin on the date of delivery, and warranties are only available to the initial consumer. These warranties are non-transferable.


30-Day Mask Exchange Program

Finding the right CPAP mask is critical to successful therapy. For eligible masks, we offer a 30-day one-time exchange guarantee.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned to us before replacements are shipped.

  • If your new mask is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference.

  • You are responsible for both return and replacement shipping.

To begin a mask exchange, email us at support@cpapsuppliescanada.ca with your order number and preferred replacement.

General Return Conditions

  • Only unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns must be authorized in advance via email.

  • You are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be sent in a shipping box or bag.

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and only apply to unopened items.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact CPAP Supplies Canada within 10 days of delivery to start a claim.

  • To ensure eligibility for a return or replacement, do not open any damaged or incorrect products.

  • Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging and items so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for bank processing.

🚫 Important: Used CPAP machines, accessories, and medical devices are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty. If you request the return of an item under warranty, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

 


 

Damages, Defects & Exchange Requests

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cpapsuppliescanada.ca right away so we can resolve the issue.

Need a different item? The quickest way is to initiate a return, then place a new order for the correct product.

 


 

Final Sale Items

The following are considered final sale and cannot be returned, even if unused:

  • CPAP, APAP, BiPAP machines

  • Humidifiers

  • Cleaning devices

  • Batteries (as they are classified as personal medical devices and cannot be resold)

 


 

Warranty Support & Claims

We’re here to help you navigate warranty claims and repairs.

✅ Manufacturer-Authorized Warranty Process

Some items are covered under manufacturer-backed warranties. We facilitate the process on your behalf, but approval is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.

If you believe your device is faulty:

  1. Contact us at support@cpapsuppliescanada.ca.

  2. We’ll gather the necessary details and initiate a Service Request with the manufacturer.

  3. If approved, your unit will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

  4. If not approved, or if your product is outside the warranty window, you will be responsible for any service costs.

We’ll provide updates throughout the process and assist with required documentation. In many cases, manufacturers require completion of a specific form that includes your private details. We may soon offer an online warranty service page to streamline this process.


Post-Warranty Repairs

If your device is no longer under warranty, we can still help coordinate repairs. All associated costs, including diagnostics, parts, labor, and shipping, will be the customer’s responsibility.
